When will my subscription start?
Your subscription will commence on the publication of the next quarterly edition after payment is received. (December, March, June and September.)
You’ll receive your magazine, at the address provided, when the print run is complete.
Can I have multiple subscriptions?
Yes, a subscription is a great gift for family and friends. For every delivery address, you will need to complete a separate order.
How many issues will I receive?
You will receive 4 issues, printed quarterly, as part of your annual subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout system.
Do I have to pay a postage fee?
The subscription price of $36 includes delivery of your magazines to your stated delivery address.
What if I need to change my address?
If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please reach out to our customer service team in advance of the publication date (1 Sept, 1 December, 1 March, 1 June).
Unfortunately, we cannot process changes in address once the magazine has been dispatched.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription fee of $34 is a one time charge and will not be re-charged on renewal.
Our team with contact you to renew your subscription prior to expiry.
You can cancel your subscription at anytime, however payment of your subscription is non-refundable.
Please contact us to make changes to the delivery address or recipient.
